Can I use another eye doctors prescription to buy new eyeglasses at Twenty20?

Yes! Feel free to bring in your latest prescription and we can get it filled for you!

Can I use my own frame to have glasses made or do I have to buy a new frame?

Yes, you can use your own frame to have lenses put into them but you do so at your own risk, if the frame is assessed by our staff and by the lab to be in good enough condition to withstand the glasses making process. Some used frames have small cracks and damage that can develop over time but not be visible until they are at the lab (which is not on site).

Your personal frame will not be insured or replaced if breakage, damage or loss occurs.

Do I need to book an appointment to come into the optical?

Yes, in order to comply with current COVID regulations and to provide the safest possible environment for patients and staff Twenty20 Eyewear does require you book an appointment for frame selection.

Do I need to wear a mask while trying on frames?

Yes, in order to protect patients, staff, and to comply with current COVID regulations we ask that all patrons wear an appropriate face mask for the entire visit to our optical.

How do I access Twenty20 eyewear?

Twenty20 eyewear is located inside of Western Laser Eye Associates (WLE) at 6427 Bowness road NW. Once you enter the main doors of Western Laser Eye Associates you will see Twenty 20 entrance door is to the left.

If I have an appointment at Western Laser Eye associates do I still need to book an appointment at Twenty20 eyewear for frame selection?

If you have an appointment next door at Western Laser Eye Associates you will have an appointment time prearranged at Twenty20 Eyewear so in that case you will not need to book a separate appointment.

Where can I park when coming to Twenty20 eyewear?

There is free one hour angle parking on the Bowness road in front of Twenty20 eyewear as well as free parking on 64th street just west of the building.
